Declan's gnome home!  Today, some friends came over and the kids all made fairy gardens/gnome homes!!  It was so much fun!  We had 9 kids here just working like crazy and making their little gardens so awesome!  My kids had a blast doing this.. and they are all so amazing to look at!  We have enough stuff left over.. I think I am going to make my own after school starts :)

ohmygosh I am SO excited!!!!!!!!!  I just booked Brian and I a week-long trip to Aruba!!!  YAY!!!!!  I have been wanting us to take a trip with no kids for so long...can't believe we are actually going to do it!  And you know what?  It cost about $300 for the place and the flights- thanks to Delta miles (all the traveling Brian does is paying off!) and a time share week that Brian's parents gave us a couple of years ago.  Love it!

So proud of my little Esme.. today we practiced writing the alphabet again.  She is doing such a great job!  And the best part?  She is excited about it.. wanting to practice, wanting to recite the abc's, wanting to learn.  LOVE that!

My sweet baby girl, McKinsey, is sixteen!!  Ack!  I really can't believe it.. it really seems like she was just Aislin's age.. hanging out,  doing crafts with me.  She is such an amazing girl- love her so much!  So cool that the cousins could get together tonight for her birthday (Carly and Chloe were there, just not in the picture).  Love all these kids!

Brian is out of town and the olders have soccer camp every night this week, so Esme and I had to spend some time at the fields tonight.  She had a great time - running around like a crazy chicken, of course.  I can't believe she actually sat still for me to take this.. she was wired!

The Amazing Lizard Catcher (Declan) caught this little tiny baby lizard today.  Ohhhh it was so cute!!  Of course, since he just lost his hamster, he is trying to persuade me to get him a new pet (lizard).  I was so close to telling him he could keep this, but I regained my sense at the last minute.

My awesome find at the thrift store today.. huge mirror!  Perfect for the dining room.. just needs some paint! yay!

Esme came into bed this morning, so snuggly (or so I thought).  I was half asleep and kept thinking how sweet (and still) she was being all cuddled next to me.  Ah, no.  She had snagged my phone and was taking pictures of herself the whole time!  Little mess!!

Re-doing the dining room (aka my sewing room) means that I had to take all the sewing junk out and put it somewhere.  So.. now my scrapbook room is a HUGE mess.  I can hardly stand it!  This room is definitely next on the re-do list!

Drove home 4 hours from Valdosta and then hopped back in the car to head to the waterpark with the kids.  It was fun, but totally wiped me out!
