Got home last night- so great to see my babies again! Tonight, it was storming and there was a tornado watch. The kids were freaked a little so they gathered a blanket to sit in the foyer near my sewing room (working on that star quilt- yay!). Aren't they cute?

Cece- my aunt's cat... she was getting a little irritated at me moving her cardboard box lid around and taking her picture. She is the talking-est cat I have ever met- she cracks me up!

All the little pandas in my aunt's guest room... stacked up watching me sleep :) I like the one peeking out on the left behind the big one. When Aislin is at my aunt's house- she gets every single one of these pandas and plays with them all.

The front door to my grandparent's house. The whole time I was growing up, I have loved this door. Probably crazy to love a door but I think it just signifies more to me...this is where I grew up and had such great memories of my family. I told my aunt when she sells the house that the door is coming with me :)

One of my big *goals* this year is to lose some weight so I feel good about my body. My friend, Nicole, found this website and I love it: My Fitness Pal. I can enter my weight, how much I want to lose and it will tell me how many calories/fat/etc that I should be eating every week. There is a daily food diary where I can enter what I eat for the day and it calculates everything up for me. LOVE this. I can see my friends progress (which is motivating to me) and they can see mine. It is good for me to be accountable where food is concerned- I am so bad about just eating random stuff all day...so for me- to keep a food diary is hugely helpful. I started this around the beginning of January and I have lost 12 pounds so far just by cutting calories and fat- yay! Now I need to get to exercising and I will become fit :)

Esme and I took Lexi to the vet this morning to get her staples out. Lex is doing so much better- she even helped the vet by licking out two of her staples this past weekend (gross!). Esme made herself right at home in the vet office- opening drawers and looking around.. trying to play with their computer. Girl drives me crazy but I love her :) She did help a lot with Lexi until Lexi licked her in the face. Then she said, "Ew, nasty" and left Lexi alone for a bit. haha.
Oh, and yes this is another phone photo. I have been camera lazy today.

Tournament day 2... the team won their third game, so they went to the finals. They didn't win the final game, but they got a cool medal :) They all did so great- so proud of my Aislin! The girls have a cool little huddle/cheer that they do before games.. love seeing them all in their huddle getting excited for the game.

Aislin had her first soccer tournament - two games in one day and more tomorrow :) She played great- so nice that she is now playing with girls who are motivated and interested in playing. It was such a long day for everyone- especially my girlie since she was working so hard on the field.
Declan had a great time watching the games (haha):
Esme rolled around in the dry grass a lot.. guess who had to spend forever on her hair at night to get all this out and to take her hair down? yeah, it was fun!
In between games, we went to lunch and then went to a park next to the fields.. it was such a gorgeous day! Esme napped:

It was a great day- tiring, but fun. And the team won both games - yay! They were excited.
