a quick list

1. I turned 37 this week- YIPES!  I can't believe I am three years away from 40. Freaks me out a bit.  In my fortune cookie from my birthday lunch- "Your fondest dream will come true within this year" - YAY!  Brian surprised me with these beautiful roses..

2. Kids had dentists appointments this week.  Aislin is finally going to see an orthodontist for an evaluation. Poor girl, her mouth is so small and her under-bite so big!

3. The last soccer games of the season were today.  Though I enjoy soccer, I am so glad to have our Saturdays free for a bit.

4. I have a haircut appointment on the 18th. I am thinking *really* short and maybe a change of color.  I need something new.

5. I painted our dining room a nice chocolate brown last weekend- I love it!  Now, I just need some art to fill the walls...

6.  A couple of photos from today- the Geography Celebration at the kids school- we celebrated Colombia- it was so much fun!

Oh, I am SO bad. I did not realize that you were a "birthday girl" this week. Happy happy birthday! Enjoy, and don't worry about 40---it is all good!
Think of you so often, and have to say, that I am very impressed that you painted the dining room.....good for you! I bet those roses look fabulous on the dining room table.
