That is almost identical to my list, Renee... I am trying out a new cookbook. It is called Clean Eating for Busy Families. I think it is helping all of us to eat in a more focused, healthy way. I needed a spring board, I guess ;) Of course, our framed art is still resting against the walls... someday.

I so could have written that list! :)
I did make healthy living a goal last year and broke it down into monthly goals.
One month, no fast food. Another, gave up soda (just for the month) Another, exercise 4-5 days per week. It was more manageable and successful that way and I find myself more aware of how much better I felt when I did eliminate non healthy or add healthier things into my life.
