Yes, yes.. you are going to get sick of hearing me talk about coupons! But, it is my blog so too bad! Mom, here is all the stuff I got for $26 at the grocery! ((10 boxes Kellogg's cereal, 3 bags of M&M's, 4 deodorants, 1 box Special K bars, 3 contact solutions & bottled water)) yay me haha!! And yes, my kids eat lots of cereal...10 boxes won't last that long!

Soccer tournament weekend for Aislin...we spent the day in Dunwoody. McKinsey came home with us (yay!) and we had a delicious homemade dinner of ChickfilA. I mean, who is ready to cook dinner after spending all day with a toddler at the soccer fields? Not me! Of course McKinsey just had to make a face while I was taking the picture.. sorry, girl- posting this anyway! Quit making faces!!

The kids were out of school today so I took them to the park and made them walk 2.5 miles :) Oh, and they got to go to the playground, too (haha). We had a fun morning at the park- it was a gorgeous day out today!
This picture cracks me up.. I was trying to take a picture of Declan and look at the little hand that snuck in!
Aislin wanted me to take this picture- it turned out so pretty!!

Ok, I know I am going to get some grief from my mom because she thinks I am a total hoarder (love you, mom!).. but Brian built some shelves in the basement for the start of our stockpile. :) I have started couponing and love it and found that the key to save money is to stockpile stuff when it is on sale. I only buy stuff we use and only when it is on sale and I have a coupon. And yes, I did stock up on Bounty for $4.50/8 rolls when it is usually $10.99. :)

Sometimes, the kids are too funny. I was trying to get a cute picture of all three kids, but Esme was playing around and would not cooperate. She ended up jumping up while Aislin was bending down and hit Aislin in the jaw with her head. Aislin almost cried, but she was ok and they decided to block Esme out of the picture (you can see her dress behind them in the second pic). Esme ended up crying, Aislin consoled her and Declan just laughed the whole time. You can just follow the story in the pictures below :) And did I get a good picture? No, but this makes me laugh!

Esme did a little craft Valentine to take into class. She did a great job- I cut out the hearts and stems/leaves but she did a great job of putting it all on the page! Ok, well, I did help her keep her stems straight :) She even signed her name at the bottom- how sweet is that! I love that she is starting to write- I hate to send this in to her class, I wanted to keep it for myself!

I spent some time this weekend working on this quilt..glad to be sewing again :) These blocks were part of a 12 month block of the month club at a local fabric shop (which closed - bummer). So fun to do a new block each month or do 5 blocks in a month if you are behind like me! I finally finished all the blocks and put the top together. Hope to finish this before the end of the month- Aislin has her eye on this one, so it is hers when I am done. She is doing the block of the month, also, but is about 8 blocks behind, so I need to motivate her to finish her quilt so she can give it to me :)

Usually, a note sent home from school would freak me out (what doesn't freak me out, right!?). But this note we have been waiting for... Declan got into the gifted program at school!!! YAY buddy!!!! So proud of my sweet, smart boy!! And he is soooo excited!!
