My cute little Declan is 9 today! Happy Birthday to my sweet boy :) He wanted his party at the roller skating rink with a Harry Potter cake. Nice!
Aunt Linda made his cake.. isn't it amazing? Declan loved it!
For favors, each kid got a charms, spells and potions book (idea from here), a paper wand (tute here) and a bag of jelly beans (I just printed the Bertie Botts logo onto little paper bags). The kids loved them! The book took forever to design and put together, but they looked so good.. yay!!
The kids all had a great time!
Esme got into the skating.. though it was hard to keep her upright :)
Ok so I have to say that I was not looking forward to the skating rink. Linda wanted me to try to skate and I was determined not to. Well, once we got there and Lian wanted to skate, too.. I caved :) I had the BEST time!! It was sooo much fun and I want to go back!! ha!!
I wasn't as good at skating as Dominic.. he could skate and text :)
