Another long day at the soccer fields!  Aislin worked so hard today (and so did the rest of her team!).  They won their tournament.. so excited for them!

A weekend in Kennesaw.. yay!!  Aislin has her soccer tournament this weekend and we are spending most of our weekend in Kennesaw.  After her first game, we popped over to Dominic's dorm and stole him.  He spent the afternoon with us at the next game and then we all went out to dinner to Pie in the Sky pizza (where a Man vs. Food episode was filmed).  Such a great day!

First nap in the toddler bed!  She had a great nap.. even though it took her almost two hours of playing around and getting in and out of bed until she finally fell asleep.  This will get easier, right??  :)

I had a rough night last night with my girl (and yes, "I" because Brian was out of town- figures!).  Esme decided to climb out of her crib three times and play in her room instead of going to sleep.  I was so frustrated, but I knew this was coming.  I mean, how long would she possible sleep in a crib?  Time for the toddler bed ((again!!)).  Last year, she started crawling out of her crib and we changed her bed and then changed it right back a few days later.  Too much.  So, tomorrow, she will once again be in a toddler bed.  I am hoping this time she doesn't struggle and stay awake half the night like she did last year.  I guess we will see!  Anyway, I figured I would take Esme to the park and playground today- to get us both out of the house for a bit and get her some exercise.  We had the best time together- we walked around the lake, she fed the fish, and she played on the playground (ok, so I did the seesaw with her).  She can be such a challenge sometimes, but she is *so*  much fun!  Loves her.

Alissa + me = couple of nerds :)  Alissa came over this morning so we could spend the day shopping and eating and doing book cover reviews (for her book).  She showed up and I almost peed my pants.  Same plaid.  Her shorts.  My skirt.  I really was going to run upstairs to change.. but she loves me so much she wanted to be twinsies today, so we went out all matchy.  Cute, huh?   I always have fun with this girl- together, we crack me up.  :)

And yes, I seem to always be wrinkled. hm.

Ready for shopping at Joann's :)  I just realized today that I only have nine more weekdays to spend with my little mama before she starts school.  I am totally sad and having second thoughts about sending her.  I know she will LOVE school and I really know she needs it.. but I am going to miss her so so much during the day!  She is only going mornings, but then she will come home for lunch and nap.  She is my little shopping/lunch/errand partner and we (usually) have so much fun together.  What am I going to do??? :(

I saw a turtle in my yard today - haha!!  We had a girl craft night on Saturday night and we all made stuffed turtles.  Love this cute turtle tutorial- found HERE.  We had a great time picking out fabrics and cutting and sewing and stuffing!  I wish I had a picture of all 5 turtles together.. but we all weren't done at the same time...you just get a picture of mine.  :)

All the cousins together.. soooo fun!!  Dominic (the oldest in the middle) is heading off to college tomorrow (right near us.. yay!), so we had a get together tonight with the family.  We had 11 people sleep in our house tonight- every bed + one couch was full!  Loved having everyone here :)

We've got family here!  Brian's mom, sister and her kids are in town.. yay!!  So nice to just hang out on the porch and relax  :)
